For information on your prescription drug services once you have enrolled, call toll free 800-511-1314. The FFi Rx customer service department is available six days a week hours of operation are: Monday-Friday 8:30am-9pm Saturday 9am-3pm Eastern Time.

Discount Categories

1. The Average Wholesale Price (AWP) minus 13%.
   (This pricing usually applies to brand name and/or specialty drugs, which generally have only one manufacturer.)
2. The Maximum Allowable Cost (MAC Pricing)
   (This formula applies to the majority of medications - discount average 30-50% off regular prices.)
3. The pharmacy's special sale price.
   (Pharmacies, from time to time, will run specials/sales in order to compete in the area. In this rate situation, these particular medications may receive a small and/or no discount that particular day. However, your card guarantees that you will receive the lowest possible price for that prescription.)
