The Vision Care Plan is administered by Vision One. This Plan is offered as an add-on to our Dental Plan and can not be purchased individually. Dental Plan Applicants who pay their Dental Plan Premiums on a Semi-Annual (6 months) or Annual Basis (12 months) at time of application will receive these benefits at no additional cost. That's right their FREE.

Vision One also offers card members and eligible dependents a mail order contact lens replacement program. It's quick, convenient and provides members additional savings.Vision One carries all types of contact lenses: soft; hard; daily ware; extended ware; clear; fashion and opaque. Because this program is mail order you can access your benefits from wherever you are and have your new lenses sent to wherever you will be.

Dispensing Fee
The fee for fitting and dispensing (including unlimited eyeglass adjustments) is
only $8. There is no dispensing fee for contact lenses.
